18 Jun Worksheet for Activity Flight 1, now available here!

Of those who have our simulators or even just our Curriculum book, many of you may be familiar with Activity Flight 1/ “My First Flight” to the Statue of Liberty. This flight is commonly used as a teaching flight since you not only Take-off and land, but you are also required to pay attention to your gauges as well as go into the menu/settings to change planes.  The curriculum itself goes over this flight, explaining some of the many calculations that must be done prior to leaving the runway. We have put together a worksheet version of these calculations, allowing you and your students to figure them out yourself.

The PDF below includes the blank worksheet with a cropped section of the NYC T.A.C. ready to be filled out, as well as the worksheet answer key (with work shown) and that same map marked up.
