28 Jul OBAP ACE Camp @ Hawthorne KHHR

The ACE Camp, run by the Organization Black Aerospace Professionals, students spent the week learning about careers and professions they can train for. EAA 96 (Compton) brought a Young Eagles flight program to the camp and STEMPilot provided an Edustation Flight Simulator to help the kids understand powered flight. Each of the students you see below flew straight and level in 4 minutes having never flown an airplane before. Simply explain what the instruments are telling us and apply it.
