31 Oct STEMPilot @ NYC DOE CTE Expo

The NYC CTE schools gathered at the George Westinghouse HS in Brooklyn on Saturday 10-29-16 to promote their schools to future students. NYC has done an amazing job of “Branding” their CTE schools for specific careers studies. Students manned the tables and were excited to share their experiences. It was wonderful to see how animated and passionate  these students were about their field of study. STEMPilot brought an Edustation Flight Simulator encouraging students to apply their math and science  classroom knowledge using flight simulation as a learning tool.  We met many new schools interested in our novel approach to learning.
